Based in Curitiba, Brazil · Serving GloballyMy driving motivation is to see Jesus proclaimed and exalted among all peoples. To that end, for nearly four decades, I have worked at the intersection of global mission, leadership, and enterprise. My calling is to spread a passion for the glory of God in all areas of life, all spheres of society, and all peoples of the world. That calling led me to co-found, (at age 20) and co-lead (for 35 years) what is now a global church planting organization that has planted nearly 8000 churches among unreached peoples.
Today I serve as founding associate and Executive Director of BAM Global, and Catalyst for Business as Mission with the Lausanne Movement. With doctorates in Intercultural Studies (DIS) and Religious Studies (PhD, with emphasis in Christian Leadership), and work and ministry experience in over 60 countries, I also teach and equip established and emerging leaders and organizations through my university teaching roles, writing, conferences, coaching and consulting.
From the classroom to the boardroom to the field, I work with leaders who want to serve God and their neighbors through their vocations and organizations.
